At Google PAIR, I evaluated the People + AI Guidebook with 30+ global founders, uncovering key AI challenges in their product systems. I co-led weekly sessions to identify real-world AI use cases, translated insights into scalable design patterns grounded in human-in-the-loop practices, and created 40+ high-fidelity mockups and 10 user flows for AI agent chatbots. I presented findings to stakeholders across Google, helping shape responsible AI features and product adoption strategies.
